If you think you’ve found the same product offered online (or at a retail location) at a lower delivered price, call us at toll-free at (800) 986-0525.  We’ll ask you for the competing store’s name, website, and the exact location of the advertised item to verify the price and that the item is new, in stock, and includes the manufacturer’s warranty.  Once we’ve verified the competitor’s pricing, we will do everything we can to beat the lower price in order to earn your business.

Please note that our Best Price Guarantee is valid when the named online competitor is an authorized dealer of the product and is selling a non-auction, new, in-stock, warranted item. Delivered price is calculated by adding the base item price plus shipping, handling, taxes and any other charges. Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per price match request. Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order. Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address. The Best Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order or price match if the preceding terms are not met or cannot be verified.
